Logica Privacy Policy

Logica is a collection of puzzle games. This policy describes how the public Android app handles information.
Information kept on your device
Logica saves game progress, scores, sound and music settings, and limited ad-frequency information on your device. You can play without creating an account. The app does not operate its own game-data server, cloud sync, analytics, or crash-reporting service.
Logica may ask for your date of birth to choose an age group for advertising. The date is checked on your device and is not saved. Only whether you are under 18 or an adult, and when that check happened, are saved on the device. You can skip the question and keep playing without ads. The age-group setting expires after one year and can be changed or cleared in the app.
Advertising and consent
Logica uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform for adults. Ads may appear only between completed games, or as an optional rewarded ad that an adult chooses for extra help. Logica does not request ads when the age group is under 18 or unknown. The age check and required privacy choices happen before the app requests ads.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device or network identifiers, approximate location inferred from an IP address, ad interactions, and consent choices to deliver, measure, and protect ads. The precise processing depends on your location and choices. See Google's Privacy Policy and the information in the consent message for more detail. The app does not ask Android for the Advertising ID permission; other technical data may still be processed when ads are enabled.
Where a consent message is required, you can accept, decline, or manage the available choices in that message. Adults can revisit privacy choices from Logica's settings. If the consent system cannot establish that ads may be requested, Logica continues without ads.
Children and families
Logica is designed for a mixed-age audience, including children. Users under 18 and users whose age is unknown can play without ads. We do not intentionally send their game progress or entered birth date to an advertising service. Parents or guardians may contact us with privacy questions.
Sharing and retention
Local game data remains on the device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it, subject to device backups and operating-system behavior. We do not receive a copy of that local game data. Adults who receive ads may have advertising-related data processed by Google and its partners under their own retention policies and applicable law. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect the service or users.
Your choices
- Play without entering a birth date; ads stay off.
- Change or clear the saved age group in Logica's settings.
- If you are an adult in a region where privacy choices apply, reopen the ad privacy options from settings.
- Clear Logica's app storage or uninstall the app to remove locally stored game data. This also removes local progress.

Changes
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The revision date above will identify the current version. Material changes to advertising or data handling will be reflected here before the corresponding release.
